Return Policy

When you notify us there is a problem with any goods we may request photographic evidence of the problem. Once a replacement has been agreed Customer Services will ask you to post back the item.

Upon receipt of the faulty item(s), an inspection will be carried out to confirm that the fault. If a replacement has already been issued and the Fault/Damage is not confirmed you will be invoiced for the replacement and or the Faulty/Damaged item(s) will be returned to you (at your cost).

Once the item is deemed Damaged/Faulty, and no replacement is to be issued a refund of the item(s) (inc delivery cost) will be arranged.

Please ensure that you return the items exactly as you have received them ie: in the original packaging sealed with clear tape. If you are returning the items via a Courier or Royal Mail, please make sure that the items are in an outer box or a jiffy bag.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Bath Flow P.C Harris reserves the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

We do NOT accept liability for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out carrier insurance.

CANCELLING ORDERS

To cancel an order Bath Flow P.C Harris must receive notice in writing and within 7 days after delivery. Bath Flow P.C Harris Ltd are under no legal obligation to accept cancellations after that period.

Goods should be returned to our warehouse. Our warehouse address is as follows.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

  • All goods must be checked upon receipt, and notification of any problems should be received within 7 days of delivery.
  • Delivery dates given are APPROXIMATE and subject to alteration upon product availability.
  • Bath Flow P.C Harris Ltd cannot be held liable for any losses due to the unexpected late arrival of any goods ordered. Tradesman should NOT be booked until goods are received and checked.
  • Delivery will be made to the nearest hard road point. Our delivery staff will be as helpful as possible but they will need assistance with heavy loads and we regret that they are NOT insured to carry goods up stairs. (All our delivery vans are single man operated)

Returning Faulty Items
For faulty items, we are happy to refund the complete value of your transaction, including any postage charges unless you opt for a replacement, up to 12 months from the date of delivery (anything after 12 months is discretionary).

Upon receipt of the items, we will inspect and/or test them to verify the faults described.  However, if you send items back to us claiming they are faulty, and after inspection from us they are found to be in good condition, we will not refund your original postage costs and may charge you for the cost of sending the items back to us as well (if we had originally paid for this).

All of our products come with manufacturers’ guarantees or warranties, covering manufacturing defects (time-scales vary between manufacturers).  Warranty and guarantee claims can only be raised against the original manufacturer(s), but we will guide you through this process if you need any help.
